Damask

Damask is the reversible pattern. Damask designs are commonly produced in single color weave in silk, synthetic fabrics which features pattern of flowers, floral, and other designs. The long float of satin-woven warp and weft threads cause soft highlights on the fabric which reflect light differently according to the position of the observer and giving a new illusion every time.

 Damask weaves are commonly found in table linens, sarees cl

othing and home furnishing. But now it is running in huge scale on printed and tufting textures. Like on wallpapers, Surface textures (floor Covering).

Repeated Pattern

  Damask has its own contribution in Textiles. Sense to use it, crate it, being every time productive and creative. Damask can be create in many ways. Basically, it is repeated version of every of its own motifs. Its create half pattern and then mirror repeat for completing it. Its also can be one forth, and then repeat it horizontal and vertically mirrored.
